Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to take on a key leadership role and join our Executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational priorities that enhance hospital access and flow, patient services, and overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise to optimize operational efficiency, providing a strategic approach to access and flow initiatives across the hospital. They will also lead and coordinate operational projects and initiatives to support hospital performance.

In close partnership with senior leaders, the Operations Manager will prioritize, plan, and roadmap the delivery of key initiatives and projects across the site.

This is an opportunity to work at an operational and strategic level, identifying and implementing service improvements and opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Recent experience in project management and delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • AHPRA nursing registration or eligibility.
  • Strong, supportive, collaborative, and engaging style.
  • Well-developed proactive time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work within a team-focused environment.
