Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a member of our outdoor cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our local open space parks, gardens, reserves, and roadsides.

This hands-on role involves a variety of outdoor cleaning tasks, including blowing, raking, sweeping, pressure washing, and litter removal. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of walkways, pavements, and outdoor structures, as well as assisting in preparing sites for events or activities by ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.

You will be required to perform litter picking and rubbish collection, playground inspections, graffiti removal, and cleaning bins, bubblers, and BBQs. In addition, you will need to adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in outdoor cleaning or related fields. However, training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this position. A manual driver's license is advantageous but not essential.

You will need to be physically fit, reliable, punctual, and hard-working, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You must also enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
