Job Title: Outdoor Maintenance Specialist
The role of an Outdoor Maintenance Specialist is to assist in various tasks related to garden maintenance, working on multiple sites across different landscaping and horticulture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Loading and unloading materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to get hands dirty and be active in daily work.
- Work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Possession of a white card and valid driver's license.
- Physical stamina with ability to lift heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
