Job Position: Vegetation Maintenance Technician
This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a physically demanding role. Starting in October 2024, you will be responsible for maintaining Queenstown's parks and reserves by using small plant equipment for weed-eating and edging.
The successful candidate will be part of a team that works together to keep the green spaces well-manicured and beautiful. You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the tasks assigned to you.
About the Job:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good physical fitness and manual driving experience. If you are looking for a challenging role that allows you to work outdoors and be part of a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using small plant equipment for vegetation control and maintenance
- Assisting with other tasks across our green spaces
