About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Sydney. The purpose of this role is to provide customer service excellence in a multi-channel contact centre environment.

We are looking for passionate, empathetic individuals who are keen to problem solve and find solutions for our customers. Leveraging digital channels to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations and ensuring KPIs are met in a way that aligns with company values.

You will be part of a super collaborative team, working hard but also enjoying each other's company. This could be the first step of your career in banking.

About You

  • You will demonstrate a passion for doing the right thing by the customer and finding new ways to engage them.
  • You have strong written communication skills, computer, analytical, literacy and conversational skills.
  • You have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Banking/Financial services experience is highly desirable.
