Customer Banking Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist to join our North Ryde Branch. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support, helping customers achieve their financial goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs and identify opportunities for us to support them.
  • Complete thorough Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and recommend solutions.
  • Utilize our in-branch technology and digital banking options to educate and assist customers.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and prioritize customer needs.
