Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking requirements, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  • Perform financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Educate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
  • Ability to work in a busy and commercially driven retail environment.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in banking.
