About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our high-performing team at Blackwater Mine.

Key responsibilities include operating haul trucks in an open-cut mining environment.

  • CAT 785 Water Trucks

Your Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience operating electric or mechanical haul trucks, preferably CAT 789C (or equivalent) or Hitachi 930E (or equivalent).
  • Safety-First Mindset: Strong commitment to following site procedures and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Results-Driven: Production-oriented with a focus on achieving operational targets efficiently and safely.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Ability to work well under pressure and proactively contribute to team success.
  • Licensing & Certifications:
    Current and valid driver's licence
    Standard 11 (highly regarded)
