Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic planning professional to support our efforts in developing and implementing land rezoning projects across NSW. The successful candidate will work closely with local government agencies and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic planning and policy recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of planning policies, strategies and statutory rezoning projects.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and community groups, to achieve planning objectives.
  • Support infrastructure coordination and land use planning to enable sustainable development.
  • Brief planning panels on rezoning projects.

This role focuses on the North and East of Greater Sydney and the Central Coast.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant planning and environmental legislation and processes.
  • Tertiary degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel and Class C Driver's Licence for regional positions.
