Reporting to the Manager Planning and Regulation you will have opportunities to work on a range of projects.
You will be responsible for processing the Development Applications, Section 4.55 and Section 8.2 Applications, including major / significant applications, in accordance with statutory requirements and Council's codes and policies.
Key Responsibilities Include Processing Development Applications Providing written and verbal advice regarding land use, zoning, planning legislation, and Council's policies and procedures.
Representing Council in meetings with developers and their representatives regarding development proposals and preparation of development applications and planning proposals.
