The Role

This is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Marketing Materials Management: Manage the stock control of all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, sales documents and signage items.
  2. Social Media Coordination: Assist with social media coordination, ad placement and monitoring.
  3. Website and Intranet Management: Update the website and intranet ensuring all content is current and accurate at all times.
  4. Team Support: Assist Marketing Coordinators and Digital Marketing Coordinators as required.
  5. Advertising Agency Liaison: Liaise with advertising agencies for new collateral and amendments.
  6. House and Land Packages: Assist the team with House and Land packages – creating flyers, uploading packages on website, ensuring information stays fresh and current.
  7. Marketing Channel Performance Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting of marketing channel performance as required.
  8. Display Home Marketing Material: Assist the Marketing Coordinator with the coordination and upkeep of display home marketing material.
  9. eDM Performance Review: Review and report on eDM performance to ensure ongoing engagement and enquiry to optimise outcomes.

  1. Marketing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
  2. Effective Communication: Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  3. Time Management: Strong time management skills.
  4. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Multi-Tasking: The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proactive Approach: Proactive approach, strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
