About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders, to support the sales process.
  • Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally, ensuring a consistent and positive representation of our luxury hospitality brand.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials, to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Assist the management team in developing, implementing, and executing revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.
  • Develop and coordinate social media initiatives and beverage promotional programs to engage with guests and drive sales.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software related to the sales process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, answering questions about property facilities and services, and serving as the point of contact for clients.
  • Coordinate reservation confirmations for special and holiday events, and sell food and beverage in hospitality suites through the Room Service Department.
  • Perform general office duties to support the sales team, including filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and the ability to promote our brand effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in software related to the sales process, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
