Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead our retail impulse customers in Melbourne. The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

A Day in the Life

This role involves managing merchandisers, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through winning in-store and executing a commercial plan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
  • Maintain market trend awareness, competitor activity insight, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure delivery of distribution standards and in-store displays.
  • Meet cycle priority KPIs.
