Job Title: Senior Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior clinical leader to join our team and provide high-quality leadership and supervision to our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and AOD specialists. As the lead clinician, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of clinical services across the centre.

The role requires approximately 30% of your time conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients. The remaining portion of your time will be spent providing quality leadership and support to the team, overseeing offence-specific and offence-related interventions, and contributing to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior clinical leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of offenders and committed to evidence-based practice.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You will also have the chance to contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives that promote offender rehabilitation and reintegration.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Resilience, authenticity, and a commitment to evidence-based practice

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in forensic, correctional, or complex mental health settings
  • Board-approved supervisor status
