Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide high-level administrative services, including the case management of complaints, to enable regulatory bodies to meet their statutory requirements. This involves processing complaints received by the councils, managing health practitioners whose health is impaired, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complaints Management: Process complaints received by the councils in relation to potential misconduct, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Health Practitioner Management: Manage health practitioners whose health is impaired, providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all actions taken are in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in providing high-quality administrative support, preferably within a regulatory environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-developed organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads, work autonomously, and be proactive.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: High level of understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements, with the ability to be sensitive and discreet in a range of situations.
  • Policy Development: Experience in reviewing and developing operational policies and procedures, ensuring they are clear, concise, and effective.
