Ventilation and Cooling System Specialist

 

As a Ventilation and Cooling System Specialist, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our mechanical systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance.

  • Conduct regular inspections of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to identify potential issues and plan maintenance tasks.
  • Undertake routine servicing and repairs of HVAC systems, including peripheral equipment and components.
  • Prioritize emergency maintenance tasks, working efficiently to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in developing strategies to prolong the lifespan of equipment, recommending upgrades or replacements when necessary.
  • Compile accurate records of work performed, including inventory management and maintenance reports.

 

You will need:

  • Refrigeration Mechanic trade qualification and relevant experience with refrigeration gases.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • A thorough understanding of Australian mechanical services standards and best practices.
  • Ability to undergo a police check and hold a valid driver's license and White Card.
