Onsite Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Onsite Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for our customers.
This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop, printer, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware issues as well as desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, printer, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
- Provide basic administration of Windows Operating System.
- Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Remote Desktop Protocol.
- Skilled in providing on-site support for peripheral and networking hardware.
- Able to work under deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of technical experience (or equivalent).
- Able to build strong working relationships.
- Hands-on experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting.
- Mobile Devices and Networking.
- Software and OS deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies.
