Food and Beverage Supervisor

  • Assist in leading and training a team of food and beverage attendants
  • Supervise and delegate duties, whilst ensuring brand standards are met
  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained
  • Ensure guest expectations are met, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with our brand standards

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year previous experience in a similar leadership role
  • A luxury service focused personality is essential
  • A real passion for everything food and beverage
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Polished food and beverage service skills including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning and clearing
