**Training Coordinator Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Training Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Training Manager to ensure consistency and standardization of learning and development practices, governance, and frameworks across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with other Learning and Development Coordinators to develop best practice structures and processes
  • Maintain training package governance to ensure currency of materials through regular review and update processes
  • Develop a comprehensive learning schedule to coordinate site-based initiatives using training needs analysis and business strategic priority inputs
  • Evaluate learning and development programs to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products (desired)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and logic
