About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of healthcare clients.

Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our commercial product offerings to core clients, identifying their financial situations and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will work closely with a dedicated analyst to drive the direction and performance of our client relationships, including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in commercial lending, particularly in the healthcare sector. Previous experience working with small businesses is also desirable.

A tertiary education is not essential but is highly regarded. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
