About the Role

A lucrative opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join BOQ Specialist's team in Melbourne. This role involves originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients for either the Corporate Health or Property segment (>$10M).

As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting commercial product offerings to core clients, determining their financial situations and objectives, and developing tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus on book growth.
  • Driving the direction and performance of client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction.
  • Partnering with Associate Relationship Managers to develop ongoing and quality client relationships.
  • Managing relationships with clients, leveraging internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
  • In conjunction with clients' accountants, proactively working with clients to understand financial objectives and help implement plans to realise these objectives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in commercial lending, working on larger and more complex deals.
  • Experience in business development and relationship building, particularly in the Health or Property commercial banking industry.
  • A passion for business development and relationship building.
  • Tertiary education desirable.
  • The ability to meet KPI targets.
