Job Overview

This is a full-time role that involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and leading a team of passionate staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and good understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and other store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing hands-on support to the team.
  • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and other administrative duties.
  • Contribute to the implementation of operational and sales strategies to drive store performance.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development.
  • Serve as the key point of contact in the Store Manager's absence.
