A Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor plays a vital role in supporting individuals with physical or psychological injuries to return to work and life.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial assessments, psychometric testing, and brief interventions to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that cater to individual clients' needs, including vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and case management
- Work collaboratively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and effective outcomes
- Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field
- Be eligible for ASORC or RCAA accreditation upon graduating
- Have graduated within the last 12 months or be graduating in 2025
