About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to provide high-quality vocational assessments, capacity support services, health coaching, and treatment case conferences.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths, abilities, and goals
- Develop personalized plans to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes
- Provide health coaching and guidance on healthy living and injury prevention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
