Requirements: Deep experience in C++ with a passion for clean, performant code. Strong grasp of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems. Curiosity to explore how things work, and drive to improve them.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required. Background in Trading or finance is a plus but not a requirement.
