High Performance Software Specialist

We are seeking a skilled software developer to fill a critical role in our trading systems team.
This position involves the development of cutting-edge trading systems used by our options trading desk.
Our team combines sophisticated coding techniques with innovative engineering ideas to design and optimize systems that process massive amounts of data while ensuring high performance and stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implement Real-Time Systems: Develop large-scale computations, high-performance computing, and real-time systems.
- Collaborate with Traders and Researchers: Work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to create a competitive edge through best-in-class technical solutions.
- Develop Scalable Systems: Partner with our trading, quantitative research, infrastructure, and strategy developer teams to develop and manage scalable and highly performant systems.
- C++ development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance focus on back-end development.
- Experience in quoting systems and market making strategies would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products.
- Willingness to work in C# and adapt to different programming languages as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
