The Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking division, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions. This includes completing customer transactions, conducting in-depth needs-based conversations, and fulfilling products as per your accreditation level.

This is a full-time position based mainly in branches, with opportunities for growth and professional development. You'll work collaboratively as part of a team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless branch interactions.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to drive team performance and excellence.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Participate in bank programs and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Take ownership of 'know your customer' responsibilities from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.

Requirements:

**Estimated Salary:** AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
