Project Cost Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Cost Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating cost plans, pricing individual items, and assessing tender returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measuring all elements for cost plan preparation
  • Pricing individual items within a cost plan from first principles, including market engagement where necessary
  • Preparing cost reports
  • Assessing contractor variations
  • Assessing contractor payment claims and preparing a payment recommendation
  • Compiling benchmarking and market intelligence data
  • Utilizing digital tools for implementation of deliverables

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years postgraduate experience
  • Membership or pathway to membership with AIQS or RICS
  • Experience in CostX preferred
  • Experience across the project life cycle, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities
