Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing external contractor bids, creating estimates and cost plans, evaluating cost plans and project scopes, maintaining a library of current local rates, optimising project costs against budget, providing estimating expertise and leadership throughout the design and construction stages of projects, and building trust and credibility with partners across the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Increasing levels of scope and responsibility as an Estimator in a construction environment
  • Advanced analytical skills to investigate and interpret complex technical data
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Collaborative and friendly team environment
  • Dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage own priorities and deadlines
  • Building strong relationships with their team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
