The Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Educational Leader to join our team. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators, and for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our children. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of our programs, and for ensuring that our centre meets all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to provide high-quality education and care for children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our programs
  • Ensure that our centre meets all relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher
  • Previous experience as an Educational Leader or Room Leader
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to think creatively and solve problems
