Salary

About the Role

This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience to every visitor in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide personalized fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

The successful candidate will be an ambassador of our brand, modeling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centricity, Achieving Excellence, Displaying Honesty, and Forever Evolving. They will ensure every day is a brighter day as part of our team.

The Part-time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters including late-night trade and exposed to opportunities to work in various areas of the store such as sales floors, front registers, fitting rooms, and store reserves.

Your Responsibilities

  • Staying on top of stock levels
  • Connecting and consulting with customers to drive store sales results
  • Maintaining in-store visual merchandising
  • Supporting duties as needed
