About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Rockingham store. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, maximising sales, and showcasing our fashion products in a visually appealing way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Cash handling, processing sales, and assisting with stock management.
  • Assist with setting up store promotions and visual merchandising displays.
  • Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Confidence in approaching, connecting, and selling to customers.
  • A strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way.
  • The ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • A solutions-focused approach when faced with problems.
  • Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, and experience working in a team environment or fashion retail (favourable but not essential).
