Senior Geospatial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Project Manager to lead innovative projects and guide a high-performing team.
This role involves managing project execution from concept through completion, ensuring technical quality, budget alignment, and client satisfaction. You'll play a key part in shaping the GIS practice through leadership, technical oversight, and team development.
Main Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and delegate tasks for geospatial projects from proposal to delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Prepare and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Supervise and mentor team members, supporting career development
- Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure technical standards are met
- Support client development and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements include 7+ years minimum experience in the field of GIS, 5 years minimum experience with project management, advanced knowledge of GIS-related software, products, and services, and strong leadership and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Key Qualifications- Advanced knowledge of land surveying data collection methods and software
- Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
