Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic architect to join our team of identity and developer experience experts. This role blends deep technical skill with customer journey design and a passion for helping organizations deliver seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences.

  • Work with digital, security, and product teams to understand their application landscape, user flows, and identity challenges.
  • Guide customers on designing secure and delightful customer journeys, balancing frictionless UX with strong identity controls.
  • Lead discovery workshops and whiteboard sessions to align CIAM strategies with business goals.
  • Translate business use cases into solution architecture using Customer Identity products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support digital transformation initiatives by providing architectural guidance, code-level integration support, and best practices for identity implementation.
  • Deliver technical sessions, workshops, and proof of concepts tailored to web, mobile, and API-first use cases.
  • Advocate for standards-based identity and educate teams on secure-by-default design.
