
Office Coordinator

This is a highly sought-after role in our organisation, offering opportunities for career growth and development. As an Administration Support Professional, you will play a key part in delivering business-oriented outcomes and meeting client needs.
The role involves managing project portfolios, working closely with team members and managers, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for scheduling project managers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractor trades, as well as preparing detailed scope documents and work orders.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Accurately recording job details throughout the repair life of works
- Delivering projects to strict service level agreement time frames as set out by clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating, influencing, and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with team members and managers to deliver outcomes
- Scheduling project managers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractor trades
- Preparing detailed scope documents, instructions, and work orders
- Complaint handling where appropriate
- Accurate and timely invoicing
Key selection criteria include:
- Proven examples of drive and energy
- Extreme motivation and ability to think outside the box
- Strong administration and customer service background
- Business administration qualification ideal but not essential
- Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, self-delegate, and use initiative
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Can-do attitude and good work ethic
