Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Service Operator. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, navigating multiple communication channels, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
- Registration and education of new customers will be key in this role
- Able to efficiently answer calls, respond to emails, provide betting information and complete bet placement on behalf of the customer
- Prompt response to customer queries via phone or email is required
- Documentation of team procedures and ensuring they are up-to-date will be essential
- Conducting customer identity verification checks across various methods
- Maintaining knowledge on betting products
- Making proactive calls to establish relationships with existing and prospective customers
Necessary Skills
- An interest in sports and racing would be beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment as part of a collaborative team
- Proven customer service experience is required
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation - ability to take initiative
