We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Handle customer transactions and engage in everyday banking conversations with customers.
- Reach out to customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and addressing them promptly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and experience in sales or customer-facing roles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
