We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience. This will involve resolving customer complaints, providing product information, and handling sales queries.

In addition to providing outstanding customer service, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and performing other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and answer sales queries in a knowledgeable and courteous way
  • Maintain accurate records and perform other administrative tasks as required
  • Process transactions and manage cash, credit card, and cheque payments

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and administration
  • Physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 12kg
