  • Manage daily operations, including administrative tasks and associate management
  • Allocate tasks to associates and monitor their productivity, quality, and safety
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • Monitor problem-solving queues and ensure shift quality
  • Develop and implement training and development plans for associates
  • Conduct regular audits and implement process control and improvement mechanisms
  • Define transportation processes and ensure peak time delivery management
  • Continuously improve throughput and delivery performance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours
  • Microsoft Office products and applications experience preferred
