**General Maintenance Role in a Dynamic School Environment**

A school in Australia is seeking a skilled general maintenance professional to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school, including:

- General building maintenance and repairs
- Basic carpentry and plumbing work
- Painting and patching walls and floors
- Cleaning and maintaining playgrounds and gardens
- Supervising contractors to complete work
- Moving furniture and equipment
- Maintaining buses and checking tyres etc.

**Key Requirements**:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Experience in a similar maintenance role
- Good communication skills
- Qualifications or experience in carpentry, plumbing, or other relevant trades would be an advantage
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment
- A current driver's licence
- A Light Rigid (LR) driver's licence is desirable
