Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading restaurant and bar service periods to ensure high-quality service standards are met
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager on menu creation and planning
  • Developing and implementing promotions and upsell strategies to increase customer spend
  • Managing food and beverage administration tasks such as rosters, ordering, and stock control
  • Providing guest-focused solutions to escalate guest complaints
  • Supporting a positive and inclusive team culture while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulation

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, including wine and cocktails
  • Proven ability to motivate, inspire, train, and develop colleagues
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • A genuine commitment to continuous improvement
