We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a bustling and lively establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
  • Manage the recruitment and rostering of large teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while achieving budgetary goals
  • Rotating 7 day a week roster
  • Demonstrate a high level of administrative skills, including proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel
  • Manage client relations with existing and new clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, labor management, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
