- Focus on Quality: maintain high standards to create memorable dining experiences.
- Smash Targets: drive performance, develop your team's skills and celebrate wins together as a cohesive unit.
- Coach & Develop: help your team master their craft and grow across all stations.
- Stay on Point: manage safety, quality, and operations with precision and attention to detail.
You'll be working at our Canberra Centre location, leading a passionate team and driving business results. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to growing with our team.
