Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Criminal Intelligence Trainer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to support the development of criminal intelligence capabilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct organizational training needs analyses;

2. Design, develop, and deliver formal training curricula internally and externally through direct and virtual platforms;

3. Undertake curriculum review and revision, and conduct assessments against external and developmental criterion/qualifications.

Requirements:

1. Australian Citizenship;

2. Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one;

3. Contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role;

4. Diploma of Police Intelligence (POL50119 or POL52115);

5. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
