Job Title: Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced intelligence professional to join our dynamic high-tech environment. As an intelligence analyst, you will be responsible for providing compelling pre-sales demonstrations and trial experiences.

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the entire product suite
  • Develop and maintain engaging, mission-relevant content for use in demos, trials, flash briefs, whitepapers, conference presentations, etc.
  • Provide technical input to sales on license sizing, user tiers/numbers, similar customer usage patterns
  • Advise customers on technical integrations without escalating to product development or DevOps
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop realistic and relevant scenarios for software demonstrations
  • Prepare for, schedule, and conduct engaging software demonstrations with our customers
  • Be accountable for conversion of software demonstrations to trials or customers
  • Develop and maintain realistic and relevant scenarios for software trials
  • Schedule and conduct software trials/PoCs with our customers to demonstrate applicability to specific customer use cases
  • Provide instructor-led quick-start training to trial participants
About This Role:

This is a critical role within our tradecraft team, where you will partner with our account directors to focus on a target group of customers. You will produce thought leadership content alongside our marketing team and ensure that you are product experts across the product suite.

Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in national security studies, criminal intelligence, political science, business, economics, international relations, or foreign studies
  • 3+ years' of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, collection specialist, targeting, personnel security vetting, or related fields
