Culinary Visionary Role

This strategic position is responsible for developing and executing a compelling culinary vision that enhances the airline's brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of premium F&B offerings, menu development, and supplier partnerships. Proven expertise in driving value and operational excellence is essential for success in this role.

  • Culinary Strategy: Develop and execute a culinary strategy that aligns with Qantas' business objectives, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Menu Innovation: Lead the design and implementation of innovative menus that meet customer expectations and drive revenue growth.
  • S Supplier Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in food and beverage strategy, hospitality, airline catering, luxury service, or related industries, with at least 5 years in an airline environment. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, proven ability to drive results, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
