Executive Chef Required

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW.

This is a permanent, full-time role working with The Fresh Collective, a leading hospitality group in Australia.

About the Role:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all events, showcasing creativity and expertise.
  • Lead and run your assigned section efficiently during busy service periods, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in ensuring smooth event execution, maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, presentation, and quality.

You will work closely with high-profile chefs, contributing to bespoke events and delivering premium dining experiences.

About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent in a high-volume, premium catering or fine dining environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, thriving under pressure and bringing energy and enthusiasm to service.
