Customer Service Role

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Associate

As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment that exceeds our customers' expectations.

You will work closely with your colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
