Job Title: Field Services Technician

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Field Services Technician to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology solutions at client sites operate effectively and deliver tangible value.

This role involves repairing, installing, configuring, commissioning, and supporting electronic, microprocessor-based systems and radio communications equipment. You will identify and resolve issues with equipment on client premises and at site locations.

To succeed in this position, you will need demonstrated customer service experience, as well as experience troubleshooting and repairing electronics systems. You should also have work experience in on-site installation, system configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair.

A background in industries such as electronics, radio, television, automotive, or mining is desirable, as is substantial experience supporting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting diverse environments with a focus on electronic/electrical repairs.

You will require a Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification, as well as a trade certificate or equivalent in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, Communications. A manual car driver's license and mechanical aptitude are also essential.

Working Environment:
