We are seeking an experienced professional to lead traffic management and incident response activities.

This role involves overseeing the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of civil maintenance work. Your expertise in incident response and leadership will be crucial in maintaining high-quality service delivery.

About the Role:

Civil Incident Response Lead is responsible for managing traffic management and incident response activities on a large-scale construction project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of traffic management and incident response activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and smooth operation
  • Leadership in incident response and communication with stakeholders
  • Collaboration with team members to achieve project goals
  • Management of contract claims, certification processes, and financial tracking
  • Project forecasting, cost tracking, and purchase order requisitions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Traffic Management & Incident Response (including 2+ years in a leadership role)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • MR class driver's licence with TMA operations experience and VOC
  • Knowledge of Incident Response, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • Familiarity with Asset Management Systems (Maximo preferred)
